Chronological Timeline

1992

FOX LABS Incorporated, is founded as a manufacturing and marketing company with a primary objective of creating and supplying less-lethal products to the civilian sector.

1993

A) During this period of extensive research and development a void in the law enforcement less-lethal products market is discovered. The company revises their primary marketing objective to address this need and provide more effective, superb quality, less-lethal aerosol defense spray products to the law enforcement community.

B) Company revolutionizes the aerosol defense spray market by introducing the first aerosol defense sprays with a true two million Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) rating: Fox Premium Aerosol Defense Sprays. These are offered in 2% OC, 5% OC and 1% OC and 1% CS formulas.

1994

International introduction of the Full Safety Holster. A patented product designed specifically for the safe carry of aerosol defense sprays.

1995

Introduction of Sudecon® Decontaminant Wipes. A patented formula that is proven to be the only product that truly strips OC, CS and CN from the skin instantly and takes the burn from the eyes in 7 to 15 minutes!

1996

Introduction of the Bad Bob Tactical Target Training System. A patented 'knockdown' target that allows for interactive double-tap and failure-to-stop drills that cannot be duplicated by other target systems.

1997

Name is changed to FOX LABS INTERNATIONAL, INC., to reflect the company's growing global presence.

1998

Introduction of FIVE POINT THREE, a 2% pepper spray formula containing OC resin rated at 5.3 million SHU. This product was a breakthrough in the industry because it featured a highly refined (purified) OC resin that offered incredible stopping power, and reduced recovery time. This meant it was safer, while actually increasing potency!

2001

Introduction and implementation of newly revised and unequaled, Fox Defense Spray courses for Master Instructors, Instructors and Basic Users.

2002

Exclusive agreement with Pine Tree Law Enforcement Products of Canada to market their entire line of unsurpassed products, including

2005 - 2008

Pine Tree Law Enforcement Products becomes Lamperd Less Lethal (LLLI), a public company. It is agreed that they will maintain their partnership with Fox Labs International, and as they continue to introduce new, innovative products Fox introduces them in the marketplace. Here are just a few of them:

COUNTER TERRORISM VEHICLE INSPECTION — Lumenyte Lamperd Undercarriage Camera Inspection System (LLUCIS), a computer aided system for remotely inspecting (suspected terrorist) vehicles.

CCT (Crowd Control Tanks) — Provide up to 2 minutes of continuous spray, with a 14 inch pattern to 40 ft.

Firearm Training System: a professional series law enforcement training simulator

Electronic Training Vest System—Using your own firearms, capable of Sniper head shots up to 600 yards in daylight.

The Breacher — A tactical entry round re-introduced to new lineup of 12 gauge products produced by LLLI.

MPK SYSTEM (Military Peace Keeper) — Employs both lethal and less lethal projectiles ideal for Military use in certain scenarios. This system is lightweight, effective and holds a laser system for increased accuracy.

DEFENDER II — A five shot, long gun revolver offering improved accuracy and effective at longer ranges. It also fires 20-Gauge projectiles. See details for video footage of the Defender II accuracy at 30 meters.

DEFENDER II SUPPRESSED SNIPER RIFLE WASP 20 — No noticeable difference in range and or accuracy when tested at 25 yards between standard carbine barrel and the LLLI-Db Suppressor Barrel. Sound level with suppressor barrel is reduced to a slight "thump".

AIR MARSHAL LESS LETHAL SYSTEM — The new Air Marshal Less Lethal System looks like a travel fanny pack and weighs in at 2.90 lbs. with the Defender I. It is completely padded to add long term comfort while sitting.

.50 CALIBER SEMI AUTOMATIC RIFLE — The new .50 caliber semi automatic rifle which fires the .50 caliber WASP 500 round is now in production.

HOMELAND DEFENDER — .50 caliber less lethal two shot hand gun was designed with Law Enforcement in mind, but it can be used in your home, too!

2007

Introduction of MEAN GREEN, a line of pepper spray formulas containing 6% OC resin rated at 3 million SHU and containing green dye. This is another first in the industry, and a continuing of the mission Fox Labs established to bring the best products to market for the safety of their customers around the world.
