The Defender 1 is a five shot, hand held revolver, which delivers 20-gauge, tail stabilized safety-soc rounds at velocities of 250 feet per second. These rounds have been extensively tested and found to be effective at distances between 10 and 40 feet. The relatively compact size of the Defender 1 allows it to be carried in a thigh holster, on a tactical vest or concealed in a shoulder rig. Pine Tree's Muzzle Blast round delivers O.C. powder from a safe distanced.

The Defender 2 is a shoulder fired, 20 gauge less-lethal delivery system, which also operates on the time tested revolver action. The 18 3/8 inch barrel serves to improve the already impressive accuracy and effective range of the hand held model, while being compact enough for deployment in tactical situation. The Defender 2 will be available with a 10 round cylinder, which also makes this model an excellent option for civil disturbance deployments.

Capable of reading 12 gauge, 20 gauge, 37mm & 40mm The projectile RADAR is a small, inexpensive microwave Doppler radar velocity sensor that measures the speed of a projectile as it is shot from the gun. The purpose of the RADAR is to assess the speed of the Projectile relative to prescribed safety limits. Powered by a single cell lithium battery, the RADAR transmission level is well below that of most "wireless" consumer products such as cellular and portable telephones, for example. Transmission characteristics are well within FCC requirements and prescribed safety levels. The RADAR is microprocessor controlled, like a mini-computer, and indicates calculated feet-per-second on a 2-segment liquid crystal display.

In additon to tail stabilizing safety-soc and rubber projectile rounds, we also offer a distraction device round, which produces a 135-decibel blast accompanied by a brilliant flash.
